MASJID RE-OPENING FOR INDIVIDUAL WORSHIP

السلام علیکم و رحمة الله و بركاته

It is with great sadness Quwwat-ul-Islam will close for all congregational and Juma’ah prayers effective from Thursday 5^th November 2020 following the recent Government announcement.

The last congregational prayer until further notice will be Esha Salah on 4^th November 2020.

However, we will be opening daily for individual/Solitary worship only from Thursday 5^th November and the following timings have been put in place:

• 06:50 – 07:50
• 13:15 – 14:45
• 16:45 – 18:30

Note: Private congregational prayers are not permitted

WHO MUST NOT ATTEND?

Following Government guidelines, for your own safety and for the safety of others, if you fall into any of the categories below, please do not come to the Masjid until and when it is safe to do so:

• You have tested positive with the Covid-19 virus
• You have been advised to self isolate or have been advised to shield
• You are below the age of 13 years
• If you have any of the below symptoms:
  • Temperature or fever (higher than 37.8C)
  • Continuous coughing
  • A loss or change of smell or taste
  • Cold and Flu like symptoms

BEFORE YOU ATTEND, YOU MUST:

• Perform Wudhu at home as Toilet and Wudhu facilities will NOT be available
• Bring your own Quran and Tasbih as Quran’s and Tasbihs will NOT available
• Bring your own full-sized prayer mat and face mask

AT THE MASJID, WE KINDLY ASK THAT:

• Maintain social distancing at all times sanitise your hands upon entry and exit
• Leave Promptly when asked to do so quietly
• No socialising at any time within the masjid or outside the masjid
• Please follow and respect the guidance of the volunteers
• Keep all personal belongings with you and take all personal belongings with you when you leave
• Familiarise yourself with signs and posters around the masjid
