Quwwat-ul-Islam Masjid would like to invite you to our Open Day on Saturday 7th November to come to see ‘beyond the walls’ of the local Mosque.
This will be a wonderful opportunity for the community who do not usually frequent the Mosque to learn and understand more about the Islamic community, our day to day activities and our role in society. It is also a great way to meet fellow members of the community.
The day will feature an engaging and educational Islamic exhibition which we hope shall be a beneficial insight into the Muslim community and the practices and beliefs of our faith. There will be a chance to have an open discussion with an Imam who will answer any questions that you may have and help to shed a scholarly light on any queries. Free refreshments shall also be provided during the day.
We hope that by opening our doors for all, the doors of respect, kindness and compassion between all members of the community, whether one has religious beliefs or one does not, shall open and remain so.
